Part of a team that re-wrote code for this media upload form for Access Producers (outside clients who wishes to have their content aired on the channels). Changes include rotating link for the procedures manual depending on producer status selected, adding legal agreement at the end of document with binding checkbox, additional fields as needed. Written in HTML, CSS, Python, Javascript.
